Cancellation Policy Deposits are non-refundable, 100% credit if cancellation is within 90 – 61 days prior to the start of the event. 50% credit if cancellation is within 60 – 31 days prior to the event. 25% credit if cancellation is within 8 - 30 days prior to the event. No credit if less than 7 days notice is given. Credits must be used within one year of original retreat dates. Postponement of registration to a future retreat and a credit transfer (according to timeframes above) of the deposit can be done once at no cost. After that, the deposit will be forfeited. Exceptions may be considered for exceptional life circumstances. Full refund if the event is cancelled by the organizer. Thank you for understanding and respecting the cancellation policy.
